Common questions
- The sign request didn't appear in the xApp. Close and relaunch the xApp from Xaman, then try again. If a payment screen still doesn't open, use the "Open in Xaman" fallback on the signing step, or email us with your alias and we'll generate a fresh request.
- I registered but my identity NFT hasn't arrived. Minting can take a minute or two and retries automatically. Your alias is reserved and safe. If it's been longer than an hour, email us.
- I sent to the wrong alias. XRPL payments are final and cannot be reversed by us. Always confirm the recipient before signing.
- One alias per wallet. Each wallet can register a single founding alias. Use the Send tab to pay anyone else on DNS://Money.

To report a vulnerability or suspected abuse, email support@dnsofmoney.com with "SECURITY" in the subject. Please do not disclose publicly until we've had a chance to respond.
